Trey has been serving the congregation of Clyde’s Chapel Baptist since December 2013. Prior to coming to Clyde’s Chapel he spent 14 years working in Student Ministry. Raised in a Christian home, Trey gave his life to Christ at an early age and surrendered to God’s call to ministry at 16. Trey’s passion in ministry is preaching the Word and discipling his church members to be missionaries in their own Jerusalem, Judea and utter most parts of the earth. He has been a part of and led several foreign and domestic mission trips.
Trey has a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from The Baptist College of Florida and a Masters in Divinity with Christian Education from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to Laura who is his partner in ministry. They have two sons, James Michael and John Mark. Trey considers it an honor and privilege to share life with the members of Clyde’s Chapel in seeking to know Christ better. In his free time, Trey enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying nature either by off-roading in his jeep, hiking or camping.
